Shipping & Delivery
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available in the Hartville, Missouri area. We have preferred locations that we will meet with you in Hartville, Marshfield, Mansfield, Lebanon etc.
We will be in contact with you after your order to schedule your pickup location and time. Currently Pick up is only available on Mondays. If your zip code falls within the local delivery area, you will see that option. Orders that are placed that do not qualify for pick up will be cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
US domestic shipping
All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS.
Each bag is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.
Shipping Schedule
• Orders placed by Sunday at 5 PM ship on Monday
• Orders placed by Tuesday at 5 PM ship on Wednesday
• Orders placed after Tuesday at 5 PM will ship the following Monday
Each piece is packaged with care and includes its authenticity card.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
International shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If you are located outside the US and would like to inquire about a specific piece, please reach out through our contact page.
Returns
Because each Walnut & Willow piece is one of a kind and handcrafted in limited releases, all sales are final.
We take great care to photograph each bag accurately and describe every detail so you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out. We are happy to send additional photos or details to help you feel confident in your choice.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, color variance, or normal variations in leather.
Each hide is unique and may show natural markings, grain patterns, or tonal shifts that reflect the material itself. These characteristics are expected and valued in full-grain leather goods.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare event of:
• Damage during shipping
• A craftsmanship defect that cannot be repaired
• Duplicate or accidental charges
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the concern.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
We will handle the claim with the carrier and repair or replace the piece when possible.
Because our bags are one of one, exact replacements may not be available.
Craftsmanship Concerns
If you believe there is a craftsmanship issue, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the area of concern.
We will assess the piece and determine whether the issue qualifies for repair under our maker's warranty.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Approval is not guaranteed.
