Our Maker’s Warranty

Every Walnut & Willow bag is handcrafted one at a time in our Missouri studio. We stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. Each numbered piece is protected by our maker’s warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers
Our one-year warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship, including:
• Hardware failure
• Stitching that comes undone under normal use
• Construction issues discovered during reasonable wear
• Mis-set or faulty hardware

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by:
• Everyday scuffs, scratches, or fading
• Water exposure or heat damage
• Overloading or heavy weight stress
• Accidental damage, spills, or pet-related damage
• Third-party alterations or repairs
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage occurring after one year

How to request a Repair

Please email photos of the issue along with your bag number to [email].
We will assess the piece and determine if the repair falls under warranty.
Customer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio.

out of warranty repairs

We offer repair services for most bags outside the warranty window.
Minor repairs incur a small fee. Major repairs are quoted individually.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Authenticity

Each bag comes with a numbered authenticity card. Please keep this card as proof of authenticity for warranty or repair services.

  • Orders ship on designated shipping days each week.
    Orders placed before the cutoff time will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

  • Yes. Every Walnut & Willow piece is handcrafted as a one-of-one design. Once a bag is sold, it will not be remade.

  • No. Because each piece is one of a kind, sold-out bags are not restocked. New designs are released in future drops.

  • Walnut & Willow bags are crafted using high-quality leather and thoughtfully selected materials. Specific details are listed on each product page.

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth and condition sparingly with a neutral leather balm. Over time, the leather will soften and develop a natural patina.

  • Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please review the Returns & Warranty pages for full details.

  • All Walnut & Willow pieces are handcrafted in Missouri.
